The competition is hosted by the China Artificial Intelligence Society. The competition organizing committee adheres to the competition concept of "industry guidance, government support, market mechanism, and industrial implementation" to open scenarios and data for participating project teams to build an industrialized cooperation and exchange platform for artificial intelligence scenario application implementation, innovation and entrepreneurship, investment promotion, and achievement transformation. This special promotion competition has four levels: special prize, first prize, second prize, and third prize. The project teams that win the special prize and first prize will be shortlisted for the 3rd CICAS National Finals in 2025, setting a new application benchmark for China's artificial intelligence industry.
This project was independently developed by Yang Tianyu, a student from the w88 casino of Insurance. The team members integrate the advantages of insurance, law and big data fields, and interdisciplinary collaboration helps the innovation and improvement of the platform. Faced with the industry pain points of handling personal insurance disputes such as "complex materials, difficult judgments, varying document quality, and insufficient audit traces", this project integrates insurance, legal and big data technology innovation to build an intelligent processing platform for personal insurance legal disputes, providing insurance agents, claim applicants and insurance companies with full-link intelligent services from material analysis, liability judgment, document generation to audit review. Different from traditional methods, Baoliutong not only provides handling suggestions, but also emphasizes that "the process can be explained and the results can be traced." The system will simultaneously present the key materials, corresponding terms and judgment paths on which the conclusions are based, and completely record the operation and output process, which facilitates review and regulatory audit. It helps insurance institutions upgrade dispute handling from "relying on personal experience" to a "founded, traceable and auditable" standardized process, and provides a new path for industry compliance governance and service quality improvement.
