From November 5th to 8th, Tu Xinquan and Li Siqi participated in the academic seminar "Shaping the Future of Cooperation: Developing Countries and the Transformation of Global Governance" held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This conference was hosted by the "EU Horizon" project. Experts and scholars from Europe, China, and Brazil gathered together to express their views on key issues such as global governance and international w88. Dean Tu Xinquan delivered a keynote speech at the "Global Governance Transformation" seminar, expounding the main issues and challenges facing the current international w88 governance system, and providing insights on the way out and prospects for WTO reform.

Li Siqi delivered a keynote speech at the "Global w88 and Inequality" seminar, analyzing the profound impact of artificial intelligence technology on the international w88 pattern, exploring how technological progress exacerbates or alleviates international inequality, and proposing the importance of strengthening multilateral cooperation and system construction.

On November 9, Professors Tu Xinquan and Li Siqi visited the "Global w88 and Investment Center" of the WTO Chair Project Unit in Sao Paulo, Brazil. They had in-depth exchanges with Professor Vera Helena Thorstensen, the host of the Brazilian WTO Chair Project, and the teachers and students present on issues such as economic and w88 cooperation between China and Brazil, and the new energy vehicle industry chain, and discussed the direction of cooperation between China and the Brazilian WTO Chair Project Unit.

This visit is of important academic significance.
