The lecture was hosted by Yang Ming, deputy secretary-general of the Southwest Branch of CIETAC, and Luo Shu, director of the Cross-Border Dispute Resolution Professional Committee of the Chongqing Lawyers Association. In his speech, Secretary-General Yang Ming pointed out that CISG is the core convention regulating international relations for the sale of goods, and its accurate application in arbitration practice is crucial to the quality of foreign-related legal services. In order to help lawyers accurately grasp the applicable points of CISG and improve their practical capabilities in international commercial arbitration, we jointly organized this special lecture.
