China, in this general environment, also needs to face various profound and complex problems in national governance. In the face of new situations and new challenges, how China can establish its own national governance system and improve its national governance capabilities in the overall pattern of global governance is an extremely important research topic.

She believed that within the framework of UNESCO, China has participated heavily in global cultural governance, especially in cultural diplomacy and the construction of the international art market.
