How to organize weddings and funerals without breaking the rules?

This type of behavior does not matter whether it is a big deal or not, and whether gifts are received or not, as long as the weddings and funerals are organized by party members who take advantage of their authority or position influence, such as using the human and material resources of the management service recipients, and causing adverse effects on society. The second is to make money by organizing weddings and funerals. Its main form is that the perpetrator collects large amounts of gifts in organizing weddings and funerals through large-scale or multiple invitations. Third, when organizing weddings and funerals, there are other behaviors that infringe on the interests of the state, the collective and the people, such as interfering with and hindering normal production, life, work, business, teaching, scientific research, traffic order and other normal order due to weddings and funerals, or causing casualties or other major accidents, etc.

It should be pointed out that prohibiting party members from taking advantage of their powers or the influence of their positions to organize weddings and funerals, or taking the opportunity to make money or engage in other behaviors that infringe on the interests of the country, the collective and the people does not prohibit traditional folk customs.
