At present, the scope of "party member leading cadres" mainly includes the following three parts: First, "party member leading cadres" in party and government agencies, including CCP members who hold leadership positions at all levels and non-leadership positions above deputy investigator in the party's organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, democratic parties and federation of industry and commerce organs, as well as units managed with reference to the Civil Servant Law. The second is "party member leading cadres" in state-owned enterprises, including middle-level and above leaders of large and extra-large state-owned and state-controlled enterprises (including state-owned and state-controlled financial enterprises), leadership teams of state-owned and state-controlled enterprises below medium-sized (including state-owned and state-controlled financial enterprises), and other CCP members equivalent to the county level or above in the above-mentioned enterprises.
