As an educator, we have reason to be proud of the profession we are engaged in. Freshmen are studying in Huiyuan with dreams in mind. Pieces of raw jade are carved into exquisite jade articles in our hands. We have reason to feel happy about the profession we are engaged in.

“There is little leisure in raising seedlings, but there is a lot of silent toil in nourishing things.” This is a true portrayal of teachers and educators who silently sow seeds, work hard, and have no regrets in the fertile soil of education. When people praise you for your garden full of peaches and plums, they cannot appreciate the hard work you put into cultivating seedlings and trees; when people praise you for your numerous works, they cannot see that you go to bed late and get up early to write without stopping; when people praise you for having30years of teaching experience, but I have forgotten the youthful years you spent on the three-foot podium.

Teachers, education carries the future and hope of the country, and entrusts the hopes of hundreds of millions of families for a better life. Even though education work has its ups and downs, we must keep in mind the responsibility of preaching and teaching, and live up to our mission of teaching and educating people.
