The analysis and inspection report aims to clarify the bottlenecks that affect and restrict the scientific development of the school, further clarify the school's overall work ideas and w88 measures, and achieved phased results. During this period, the Fourth Inspection Team gave us great guidance and help. Vice Minister Chen Xi of the Ministry of Education and Wang Liying of the Discipline Inspection Group stationed in the Ministry came to the school to investigate and fully affirmed the progress of our school's learning and practice activities and work ideas, and put forward guiding opinions.

In accordance with the opinions of the guidance and inspection team and the overall arrangement of our school’s learning and practice activities, starting today, our school’s learning and practice activities will generally move to the third stage, namely the w88 and implementation stage. Next, I will talk about two opinions: one is to briefly summarize and analyze the work in the inspection stage, and the other is to deploy the work in the w88 and implementation stage.

1. Analyze the basic situation of the w88 phase

The school affairs committee is established, consisting of professors, middle-aged and young academic backbone representatives, teaching and aid managers, logistics workers representatives, democratic parties representatives, college students representatives, etc., to highlight the dominant position of teachers, students and staff, and major issues involving the vital interests of teachers, students and staff, such as annual financial budget and final accounts, and submit them to the school affairs committee for decision-making, and implement democratic school management and school affairs in practice; reduce the proportion of administrative cadres in various professional committees such as teaching, academic, and degree, increase the proportion of professors and famous teachers, and increaseStrongProfessor's right to speak, and give full play to the role of professors in teaching; prepare for the establishment of a discipline construction office, coordinate the discipline resources of the whole school, formulate a strategic plan for discipline development, and further improve the level of discipline construction; prepare for the establishment of a social development service department, seek support through contributions, strengthen contact, service and radiation with Beijing (region), industry, and enterprises, and establish multi-faceted cooperation and exchanges. On the basis of thinking about the current situation and challenges facing the development of the school, analyzing problems and analyzing the causes, the school's development ideas are formed, the "four consensuses", the "seven major projects", the "eight major relationships", and the solution of "twenty practical things", laying a good foundation for the visible and tangible results in the w88 and implementation stage.
