At present, learning and practice activities in colleges and universities have gradually entered the stage of analysis and inspection. This is a critical stage for transforming the cognitive achievements obtained during the study and research phase into practical results. It is also a core stage that builds on the past and leads to in-depth activities. All colleges and universities should further deepen their theoretical arming, further highlight their practical characteristics, focus on holding special democratic life meetings of the leadership team, and form an analysis and inspection report of the leadership team, and do a good job in this stage of work with high quality, laying a foundation for formulating rectification measures and implementing rectification.

Conducting a special democratic life meeting of the leadership team is the basis for a good analysis and inspection. It must be fully prepared and carefully organized. It is necessary to use various forms to extensively solicit opinions from the grassroots on the leadership team and members, identify outstanding issues that affect and restrict scientific development, and identify outstanding issues that the public reflects strongly on the leadership team and party members and leading cadres in terms of party spirit, work style and party discipline.
