Director Hua Xiaohong made a report on "how to introduce, retain, cultivate talents, and promote the harmonious development of the institute" based on his own experience in learning the scientific outlook on development. President Hua also comprehensively analyzed several core concepts in the Scientific Outlook on Development and explained the "first essence is development and development is the hard truth" from the development laws of my country's higher education.
