Carrying out in-depth study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development throughout the Party is a major strategic deployment made by the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a major measure to arm the whole Party with the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, a continuation of the learning and education activities of the important thought of "Three Represents" and the education activities to maintain the advanced nature of Communist Party members. It is an urgent need to deepen reform and opening up, promote the good and fast economic and social development, and promote social harmony and stability. The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to learning and practice activities, the Political Bureau of the Central Committee has conducted many researches, and General Secretary Hu Jintao and other central leaders have spoken and issued instructions many times, and put forward clear requirements.

Education is the foundation for building a modern socialist country, higher education is the leader of the education cause, and universities under the ministry are the vanguard of the development of higher education in my country. Carrying out activities to learn and practice the scientific outlook on development is the primary political task of colleges and universities, which is of great significance and far-reaching impact. Our work positioning is: consciously accept the leadership of the leading group of the learning and practice activities of universities under the ministry, rely closely on the party committees of the universities they are in contact to carry out their work, and play a good role as a bridge and link; guide according to the spirit of the central government and inspect according to the requirements of superiors; learn humbly, work actively, serve up and down, communicate horizontally, summarize experience, discover problems, make suggestions, and be assistants of the leading group of the ministry and helpers of the party committee of the w88 mobile. Fourth, in solving key issues. It is necessary to distinguish between different types of units and departments, and Party members of different types and levels make appropriate requirements and make practical arrangements.

Comrades, the University of International Business and Economics is a university that grew up with the development of my country's foreign trade and economics. It has cultivated a large number of outstanding talents and scientific research results for the development of the country's foreign trade and economics, and some disciplines are at the leading level in the country. During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the former University of International Business and Economics and the former China Institute of Finance achieved a substantial merger. The new University of International Business and Economics adhered to the school-running philosophy of "winning with excellence, developing schools with academic excellence, and establishing schools with characteristics". The scale, comprehensive strength and school-running level have been further improved, and it has become a university directly under the Ministry of Education that ranks among the forefront of domestic financial institutions and has a certain international reputation.
