It is equally important to transform the subjective world

The central government proposed that this in-depth study and practice of the scientific outlook on development should not only solve outstanding problems that affect and restrict scientific development, find the right ideas, and find the right way out, but also strengthen theoretical arming, change ideological concepts, unify thinking, and form consensus, solve problems that are not suitable for the ideological and conceptual issues that do not meet the requirements of the scientific outlook on development, and solve outstanding issues with strong public reactions in terms of party members and cadres' party spirit, style, and party discipline. We must follow the requirements of the Central Committee, correctly handle the relationship between solving practical problems and transforming the subjective world, use the Scientific Outlook on Development to guide the transformation of our subjective world, and achieve tangible results in solving outstanding problems that violate the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development in terms of party spirit, work style, and party discipline and have strong public reactions.
Marxist epistemology tells us that transforming the subjective world and transforming the objective world are organically unified and mutually reinforcing. In the process of transforming the objective world, people's subjective world can be tempered and improved; if people's subjective world is constantly transformed, it can promote the better transformation of the objective world. As a conscious and active subject of practice, human beings have decisive significance in how to transform the objective world and the effectiveness of it. If a party member cadre relaxes the transformation of the subjective world and does not have a scientific worldview and methodology to guide him, it will be difficult for him to have a correct value orientation. He may even have problems such as impure thoughts, unclear understanding, and low realm, and it will be impossible to correctly transform the objective world. Some of the problems exposed in the current implementation of the Scientific Outlook on Development are still rooted in ideological concepts, mental state and work style. Therefore, do not solve this problem well,It is difficult to truly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development. We must realize that transforming the subjective world is a long-term and gradual process, but learning and practicing activities is an excellent opportunity. We must seize the favorable opportunity and try our best to transform our subjective world while transforming the objective world.
To transform the subjective world, we focus on arming our minds with the Scientific Outlook on Development, solving cognitive problems, and improving our thinking and style. The most fundamental thing is to follow the requirements of emphasizing party spirit, emphasizing moral character, and setting an example, and strive to solve the problems of weak ideals and beliefs, weak party spirit, improper party style, lax compliance with or enforcement of party disciplines, and problems in world outlook, outlook on life, values, power, status, and interests, and internalize the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development into conscious actions to strengthen party spirit, raise awareness, and improve work style.
