Several Opinions on the Construction of a Socialist New Rural

（1) Building a new socialist countryside is a major historical task in my country's modernization process. To comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society, the most difficult and arduous task is in the countryside.

（2) Do a good job in agriculture and rural work around the construction of a socialist new countryside. The 11th Five-Year Plan period is a critical period for laying a solid foundation for the construction of a socialist new countryside, a critical period for taking major steps to promote modern agricultural construction, a critical period for making breakthrough progress in building a new type of industrial, agricultural, urban and rural relations, and a critical period for accelerating the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in rural areas.

（3) Solidly and steadily advance the construction of a new socialist countryside. Promoting the construction of a new countryside is a long-term and arduous historical task. （4) Accelerate the establishment of a long-term mechanism to promote agriculture with industry and lead rural areas with cities. In line with the phased changes in economic and social w88 online casino and the requirements of building a new socialist countryside, adhere to the principle of "giving more and taking less and letting go", and focus on "giving more".2006In 2018, the increase in national fiscal support for agriculture was higher than that of the previous year, and the proportion of government bonds and budget funds used for rural construction was higher than that of the previous year, among which the funds directly used to improve rural production and living conditions were higher than that of the previous year, and a stable source of funds for new rural construction was gradually formed. （5) Vigorously improve agricultural science and technology innovation and transformation capabilities. Deepen the reform of the agricultural scientific research system, accelerate the construction of national innovation bases and regional agricultural scientific research centers, and implement new operating mechanisms in terms of organizational settings, personnel appointments, investment and construction.

（6) Strengthen the construction of modern rural circulation system. Actively promote the upgrading and transformation of agricultural product wholesale markets, and promote the quality and packaging specification of agricultural products entering the market.2006In the year, we must improve the national "green channel" network of fresh agricultural products to achieve inter-provincial interoperability.

（7) Stabilize the w88 online casino of grain production. Ensuring national food security is an important basis for maintaining stable and rapid growth of the national economy and social stability.

（8) Actively promote agricultural structural adjustment. Adjust and optimize the agricultural structure in accordance with the requirements of high yield, high quality, high efficiency, ecological and safe.

We must focus on cultivating a number of leading enterprises and enterprise cluster demonstration bases with strong competitiveness and strong driving force, and promote an organizational form that organically combines leading enterprises, cooperative organizations and farmers, so that farmers can get more benefits from industrialized operations.
