Central District Super Store Stamp Team: We are proud
Central District Volunteer Yan Hao
Maybe before working, some people would be envious of that blue outfit, but I believe that after stepping into the super store and working for a period of time, all of us have the same idea, that is, to work well for our position, to receive more guests from various countries, and to provide better services to more people.
I am a cashier in a super store, responsible for collecting cash at the stamp counter. Due to the special nature of stamp products, this also means that the guests we receive will also be a special group. Among the guests who come, most of them are enthusiasts who are very interested in stamp products, some of them are professional collectors, and others are very interested in those specially issued Olympic stamp products because of the Olympics. This also means that we explain the characteristics of each set of stamp products to our guests in detail, as well as their unique collection value. Some people may find it strange that the cashier has anything to do with this. Then this is about the small stamp team that I am a member of. Our small team has a total of five sales staff and two cashiers. After such a period of time together, we have become a very united small group. When we are not very busy, our cashiers will also learn to understand the characteristics and prices of various products, and learn to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various products. Sales people will also come to learn how to collect money from us. Anyway, I gained a lot.
Now go back to my old job - cashier. Cashier mainly depends on carefulness. During the training, our technical skills are basically fine. Now the main thing is to be careful. In the words of the supervisor, avoidable mistakes cannot be made. Before the store opens for business, you must carefully count your own reserve funds and put them in the money box according to the amount; during the process of collecting money, you must count the money handed over by customers, and you must not be messy when changing money. You must count them one by one and hand them to the customers; when you get off work, you must carefully count the amount of today's collection, not even a dime is missing. In this way, you must maintain a careful attitude at all times, and you can always ensure that you can check out without making mistakes.(Reprinted from "Briefing of the Volunteer Team in the Central District of the w88 casino" No.21Issue, slightly modified by the editor)
