Central District Volunteer Cao Fang
There is such a special place in the Olympic Central District Super Store. It is separated from the store and sells different products. This is the fast lane. There is one person in charge, eight sales staff, four cashiers and two security staff, and together we form a small team.
When we first arrived in the central area and learned that our position was a "fast track", we were all a little confused. What exactly is a "fast track"? After we learned about it, we learned that the "fast lane" is a group of counters specially designed to facilitate customers' shopping, quick checkout, and shorten the checkout time.
When we came to the express lane before the Olympics, everyone carefully understood the price and characteristics of each commodity here in order to introduce it to customers. Here we mainly sell various "suits" with the theme of "Fuwa". With different models of Fuwa, we call the products here "Fuwa suits". Since the set contains many different types of goods, the attentive and thoughtful salespersons add up the unit prices of each item and calculate the difference between the total value and the set price, letting customers know the price advantage of this set and saving customers time and energy for comparison.
After learning about the products in the fast lane, we began to neatly arrange the supporting products of various sets under the spacious sales counter, and placed the various products of each type of suit in adjacent positions to facilitate quick pick-up for customers, making shopping in the fast lane faster and more convenient. The attentive classmates also put labels on the clothes of various sizes to indicate the matching suits and clothes sizes, which further shortened the time we spent looking for goods under the counter. In order to reflect the characteristics of the fast track and solve various problems in sales, everyone in the team contributed ideas and suggestions. We not only gained a lot of valuable experience from our own practical exercises, but also learned a lot of useful knowledge from each other.
Our small team has established a deep friendship at work. Not only with classmates, but also with our leader, Zhang Yanliang. His amiability and humor have become the lubricant for the efficient operation of the entire team. The classmates affectionately call him "boss". Like other staff and leading teachers, he is the first to come to the central area every day and the last to get off work after a busy day.
It is through these hardships that we have learned to care about others, learn to be tolerant, and actively cooperate with and fully understand the work of others. Throughout the work of the fast-track team, we learned to cooperate with each other and deeply realized what teamwork spirit is. It is not only a reasonable division of labor to complete the work, but also understanding and trust between people. Although the number of people in this small fast-track team is small, based on cooperation and understanding, we have realized how powerful the collective power is.
