But I was still shocked by the crowd of buyers - there were too many, including Chinese, foreign, young, and old, almost swarming in. There was even some confusion at first, because the store was small and the sales and cashiers were all together, so someone always got in front. Later, with the help of security personnel, the store was finally blocked into six rows, and a lot of people were borrowed from other stores that were not very busy to maintain order outside, so it finally looked orderly.

At the beginning, the team moved very slowly, causing the spectators behind to wait for a long time. There are many reasons. To put it simply, it is inefficiency. As the work progresses, we become more and more skilled, and more importantly, gradually discover ways to improve efficiency.
But more customers are still coming from various places in the Bird's Nest.
"Smile", "Endure", "Patience", "Shout" - these words may be a good summary of the state of work.
"Smile". Yes, the sales staff are smiling from beginning to end - explaining to customers with a smile, recommending products to customers with a smile, packaging for customers with a smile, and seeing customers off with a smile.
Behind the smile, there are all kinds of grievances endured - enduring some inexplicable requests from some customers, enduring customers' impatience and complaints, enduring customers' difficulties.
"Patience". No matter how wronged you are, you must be patient - patiently explain various problems to customers, patiently apologize for your mistakes, and patiently handle various customer requests.
There are noisy people. In the store, it is useless to say that you have to keep shouting, but when facing customers, you are gentle and smiling—— “XXProductXpiece! ""XXThe product is almost out of stock! ";"Hello, welcome. "Is this the product you want?" ""Can I help you?”——Throat? I have completely forgotten that, even when I say to others, "You have a hoarse voice, drink some water", you are actually hoarse yourself.
Being able to see the opening ceremony is the biggest reward for us. When the opening ceremony was about to start, there were finally no customers. The store manager said, you go and watch, I will guard you. He huffed, grabbed his dinner, and rushed out. In fact, it was not a rest. I could only stand and watch from a distance, but I was shocked by the opening ceremony. No matter how tired I was, it turned into happiness, pride, pride and surprise.
The opening ceremony will eventually come to an end. When the audience leaves, there are still many customers. Continue to smile, continue to be patient, continue to shout, and endure less and less, because we have done better and better, more and more perfect, and we have won more and more praises and sincere smiles.
Is it hard work? Hard. But hard work can’t stop us—it can’t stop us from smiling under the torch, it can’t stop us from embracing and getting close to the Olympics, and it can’t stop us from leaving beautiful memories.

Seeing clips of the opening ceremony in the Bird's Nest and looking at the sky amid the fireworks, I felt infinite pride in my heart. As volunteers for the Beijing Olympics, we not only need to appreciate this grand event of mankind with our heart, but also do our jobs well.
The division of labor is different, but the goal in our hearts is the same - we must dedicate our passion. Performing different responsibilities in different venues and regions is a kind of exercise and test for one's own mentality. Faced with different jobs, work contents and working environments, volunteer service personnel need investment, hard work and happiness.
We may experience the Olympic Games many times, but this is the time when we are close to the Olympic Games and serve the Olympic Games as students. What we need is to cherish and work hard.
