3. Representative quota and proportion
The number of representatives for the 10th Party Congress is planned to be 173. Among them, leading cadres at or above the deputy director level account for about 23%; representatives of teachers and professional and technical personnel account for about 53%; representatives of workers account for about 4%; representatives of students account for about 10%; representatives of retired personnel account for about 10%; representatives of women account for about 25%; and representatives of ethnic minorities account for about 1.5%.
4. Number of members and candidates for the 10th Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission
The tenth party committee plans to have 21 members and 26 nominated candidates; it plans to have 9 standing committee members and 10 nominated candidates; 1 secretary and 2 deputy secretaries. The Discipline Inspection Commission plans to have 9 members and 11 nominated candidates; 1 secretary and 2 deputy secretaries.
5. Election methods
1. Representatives of the 10th Congress of the w88 casino of the Communist Party of China shall be elected by each electoral unit through differential elections. The candidate's shortfall ratio shall not be less than 20%.
2. The members of the 10th Party Committee and the Discipline Inspection Commission shall be elected by the Party Member Congress through a margin election method in which the number of candidates shall not be less than 20% of the number of candidates.
3. The Standing Committee of the Party Committee shall be elected by a differential election at a plenary meeting of the newly elected Party Committee. There is one more candidate than the number of candidates.
4. Party committee secretaries, deputy secretaries, and disciplinary inspection committee secretaries and deputy secretaries are all elected in equal numbers, and are elected by the first plenary meeting of the newly elected party committee and the first plenary meeting of the disciplinary inspection committee respectively.
The above elections are all conducted by secret ballot.
6. Preparatory work organization and tasks of the conference

(4) Draft speeches for superior leaders and guests;
(5) Responsible for the creation of a publicity environment for the Party Congress and publicity reports on the Internet, television, radio, newspapers and other media.
2. Organize an election working group
