1. Composition and distribution ratio of delegates to the Party Congress

2. Basic conditions for representatives at the Party Congress
Delegates to the 10th Party Congress of w88 casino must be formal party members with the right to vote, and should be outstanding members of the Communist Party. Generally, they should meet the following conditions:
1. Adhere to the four basic principles, have firm communist beliefs, distinguish right from wrong at critical moments and on major issues of principle, and stand firmly on the party’s stand;

4. Fair and upright, honest and honest, closely connected with the masses, able to fulfill the tasks assigned by the party organization with due diligence, and supported by the masses;
5. Adhere to the principle of party spirit, be highly responsible for the party’s cause, truthfully reflect the opinions of the party organization and party members of the election unit, and correctly exercise the rights of party members;
6. Those who meet the above conditions and have won awards and commendations at or above the w88 casino level (including w88 casino level) in recent years can be given priority for recommendation.
3. Procedure for generating representatives
1. Propose a preliminary list of representative candidates
Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) shall organize its affiliated party branches to conduct full discussions and deliberation based on the number of representatives allocated by the w88 casino and relevant requirements. Taking the party branch as a unit and within the scope of the general party branch, propose a list of recommended candidates for representatives based on a ratio of more than 30% of the representatives, and report the list of candidate recommendations to the general party branch;

2. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the preliminary candidates
Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) organizes a preliminary recommendation unit for representative candidates, conducts a comprehensive inspection of the preliminary candidates one by one, especially examines their political positions and political tendencies at critical moments and major principle issues. Based on extensive solicitation of opinions from the masses inside and outside the party, assessment materials are written, and a preliminary list of representative candidates is completed (submitted to the Organization Department of the Party Committee before May 10, 2005).
3. Determine the preliminary candidates for representative
Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) convenes a plenary meeting, and on the basis of full discussion, determines the preliminary candidate candidates according to the difference ratio of more than 20% of the representatives to be elected; and submits to the party committee the "Roster of Preparatory Representative Candidates", "Registration Form of Preliminary Representative Candidates" and a report on the preparation of preliminary candidate candidates; the content of the report includes: the preparation method steps, nomination principles, the structure of the preliminary candidate candidates and other issues that need to be reported (May 12 Submit it to the Organization Department of the Party Committee a few days ago).
4. Preliminary review of the qualifications of representative candidate candidates
The Representative Qualification Review Group conducts a preliminary review of the preliminary candidates for Representatives; convenes the Party Committee Standing Committee to review the list of preliminary candidates for Representatives, and proposes adjustment opinions for those who do not meet the procedures and conditions. After review and approval, the preliminary list of representative candidates will be approved in a timely manner (May 17).
5. Determine representative candidates and formal election
After receiving the approval from the party committee, each party branch (directly affiliated party branch) convened a party member meeting to fully consider the candidates for representative candidates and determine the representative candidates based on the opinions of the majority of party members; then directly use the method of 20% of the difference between the number of candidates and the number of candidates to be elected for the formal election (May 19).
6. Election results submitted for approval
Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) will summarize the representative election situation (including the number of branches participating in the election, the number of party members, the election method, the number of representatives and the composition ratio, etc.), and also attach the representative registration form, representative roster and their electronic version to the Party Committee Organization Department (May 23, 2005).
7. Party Committee Approval
After receiving the report, the party committee will review the election methods and representative qualifications of the electoral unit, and give approval to those who basically meet the requirements.
4. Requirements
1. All general party branches (directly affiliated party branches) should include the election of representatives for the 10th Party Congress of w88 casino on their important work agenda and effectively strengthen leadership.
The election process of representatives must fully promote intra-party democracy, conscientiously implement the principle of democratic centralism, respect the democratic rights of party members, and reflect the will of the electors.
2. When each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) encounters special circumstances during the process of preparing and nominating representatives, it should promptly contact the Organization Department of the party committee; issues raised during the election must be carefully studied and properly handled, and important situations must be reported to the party committee in a timely manner.
3. Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) must complete the election of party representatives before May 23 according to the work arrangements of the w88 casino party committee.
