In accordance with the provisions of the "Interim Regulations on the Election of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China" and the "Regulations on the Work of Grassroots Organizations of the Communist Party of China in Ordinary Universities and Colleges" and other documents, the relevant matters regarding the nomination of candidates for the 10th Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Committee of w88 casino are hereby notified as follows:

1. Principles for Nominating Preparatory Candidates for Member of the Two Committees

The nomination of candidates for the 10th Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the w88 casino must implement the policy of making the cadre team revolutionary, younger, knowledgeable and professional, adhere to the principle of having both ability and political integrity and the requirement of reasonable structure.

In the process of nominating candidates for membership of the two committees, attention should be paid to the following three aspects:
1. Before nomination, publicity and education should be carried out among party members to make them understand the principles, procedures and basic requirements for nomination;
2. Adhere to the mass line, adopt a bottom-up, top-down, and top-down approach, and organize the majority of party members to fully prepare and recommend candidates;
3. Propose preliminary candidates based on democratic recommendations, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of their morality, ability, diligence, and performance.

II. Principles of quota and composition of members of the two committees

1. The 10th Party Committee of the w88 casino is composed of 21 people, and the Disciplinary Committee is composed of 9 people;

3. Methods for Selecting Preparatory Candidates for the Two Committees

Preparatory candidates for the 10th Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission of the w88 casino are proposed based on the full promotion of intra-party democracy and a bottom-up, top-down, and top-down approach.

1. The Party Committee Organization Department will submit all nominated comrades to the Party Committee Standing Committee for discussion and deliberation in order of the number of party branch nominations (number of nominated party members).

2. "First Up" - On May 10 (Tuesday), the Party Committee Standing Committee will be held to determine the "Second Down" list of candidates for party committee members and disciplinary inspection committee members based on the nominations of each party branch (directly affiliated party branch).

3. "Second Down" - On May 12 (Thursday), each party branch (directly affiliated party branch) will organize party members as a unit to fully discuss and nominate based on the "Second Down" list;
Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) shall report all nominated comrades to the Party Committee Organization Department in order of the number of party branch nominations (indicate the number of nominated party members);
The Party Committee Organization Department will submit all nominated comrades to the Party Committee Standing Committee for discussion and deliberation in order of the number of party branch nominations (number of nominated party members).

4. "Second Up" - On May 13 (Friday), the Party Committee Standing Committee will be held to determine the "Three Down" list of candidates for Party Committee members and Disciplinary Inspection Committee members based on the nominations of the "Second Down".

5. On May 16 (Monday), the situation of "two down and two up" will be reported to the Ministry of Education and the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee.

6. "Three Downs" - On May 26 (Thursday), each party branch (directly affiliated party branch) will again solicit the opinions of party members on the "Three Downs" list determined by the party committee, and the representatives will circle the list;
Each general party branch (directly affiliated party branch) shall report the opinions and selection status of party members to the Party Committee Organization Department;
The Organization Department of the Party Committee will submit the summary of party members’ opinions and all the nominated comrades in order of the number of representative nominations to the Party Committee Standing Committee for discussion and deliberation.

7. "Three Ups" - On May 27 (Friday), the Standing Committee of the Party Committee was held to discuss thoroughly and, based on the opinions of the majority of party members, determine the list of 26 preliminary candidates for Party Committee members and 11 preliminary candidates for Discipline Inspection Commission.

8. On May 31 (Tuesday), "written materials such as requests for instructions on the candidates for the two committees" will be submitted to the Education Working Committee of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Ministry of Education.

9. Assist the Organization Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Education to conduct inspections of candidates for the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and other candidates.

4. Work requirements

The nomination process of the 10th Committee of the Communist Party of China and the new Discipline Inspection Committee of the w88 casino is a highly policy-oriented work. It is an important manifestation of w88 casino's implementation of the principle of democratic centralism, promotion of intra-party democracy, and respect for the rights of party members.
