1. Evaluation content:
The content of the evaluation form includes eleven aspects including the organizational leadership of the "Teach First" activity, learning forms, learning systems, connection with reality, party spirit analysis, democratic evaluation, rectification and improvement, establishment of rules and regulations, branch building, serving the masses, and promotion of transition. Each content has three options: satisfaction, basic satisfaction, and dissatisfaction. It covers the main work and indicator requirements in the three stages of the "Teach First" activity, and can comprehensively reflect the overall situation of our hospital's "Teach First" activity.
2. Evaluation form recycling status:

4. Evaluation results:
Based on the analysis of employee evaluation feedback information, the following two conclusions can be drawn:
1. The overall employee satisfaction with our college’s “Teach First” activities is as high as 97%, which fully demonstrates that under the unified deployment of the w88 casino party committee and the direct leadership of the college’s general party branch, our college’s education activities to maintain the advanced nature of Communist Party members have won the recognition and satisfaction of the masses in terms of organizational leadership, plan implementation, content and form, and actual results. 2. There are some unsatisfactory evaluations in terms of linking with reality, democratic evaluation, rectification and improvement, and promotion of transition. On the one hand, this shows that there are still certain gaps in the above-mentioned aspects of the party's work in our institute, which should be further rectified and improved. On the other hand, it can be seen that the masses have great enthusiasm and high expectations for the party building work of our college, especially the transition of the college. From another perspective, it also reflects the positive attitude of the employees who are ambitious and not satisfied with the status quo.
In summary, although our college’s “Teach First” activity has been highly praised by the masses, doing a good job in party building and promotion work is a long-term and arduous task. The General Party Branch of the college hopes that all party members and employees will take this evaluation as a new starting point, work hard and make persistent efforts, and continue to carry forward the excellent college style of unity, dedication, hard work, and innovation in our college to meet and overcome the new challenges of the college's strategic transformation.
