All grassroots party organizations must identify outstanding problems existing among party members and party organizations on the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions, conduct in-depth analysis, and conscientiously resolve them.
Third, the first-teaching activities must strive to achieve mass satisfaction and personal satisfaction. It is necessary to further enhance the awareness of the purpose of party members to serve the people wholeheartedly, improve work style, continuously improve the ability of grassroots party organizations and party members and cadres to organize the masses, mobilize the masses, educate the masses, and serve the masses, and make great efforts to solve outstanding problems reported by the masses, so as to further strengthen the relationship between the party and the masses and the relationship between cadres and the masses. It is necessary to determine different key learning contents and key problems to be solved according to the situations and characteristics of different objects, and put forward specific requirements for party members to maintain their advanced nature.
