Doctoral students are future researchers and educators, as well as future peers, so the tone of the course isRegarding students as potential peers, the course provides an academic framework for communication to help students find a suitable research method, research topic and research framework in their respective research fields.

The main teaching content of this course covers a series of important and cutting-edge issues in the field of international economic law.Before class, I will provide students with corresponding literature based on the latest developments of each topic and guide students to find literature, similar to preparation for writing a thesis;In class, I organize students to give reports as keynote speakers, comment on students’ speeches and invite other students to comment, similar to the process of an international academic conference;After class, I will briefly summarize and propose issues worthy of continued research in this research topic, similar to the guidance of academic papers and research. Throughout the entire process, my role as a teacher is to provide the necessary research background, answer questions, and evaluate perspectives, while students are free to decide from what angle to approach a specific topic, how to accept or criticize existing research results, put forward their own opinions, and anticipate the potential difficulty and pressure of research.

Online teaching also has its advantages, that is, it is more conducive to students showing something of themselves, and it is more conducive to allowing more students to effectively participate in discussions. I originally thought that I would only need to attend online classes for three weeks, but I didn’t expect that three weeks followed three weeks, and in the blink of an eye, the semester was already halfway through. After half a semester of live online teaching, I have the following immature thoughts and experiences that I would like to share with all teachers.

First, prepare well before class.In order to make online teaching more smooth, concise and compact, the teaching time and teaching content need to be designed in advance.First of all, a course WeChat group is established at the beginning of the semester, and the course teaching plan is distributed simultaneously to clarify the cases and theoretical topics to be discussed this semester. At the same time, the course representatives organize the selected students into groups and claim their respective topics. After the task is assigned, I will follow up on each student's preparation in time and exchange the structural layout and argumentation ideas of the classroom presentation report. Secondly, I will use the first class time to explain to the students the thinking path of case analysis, literature search and reading methods, and the search and organization of similar cases. Finally, each student must send me the final version of the PPT before the classroom presentation. I will communicate with the students about the presentation details and process, and design and arrange the next day's course content based on the content of the classmates' reports.

Second,Strengthen the interaction between teachers and students in class. The disadvantage of online teaching is that face-to-face communication is not possible. It is difficult for teachers to speak empathetically when teaching in front of the air, and it is easy for students to lose concentration when teaching in front of a computer screen. Therefore, certain measures need to be taken to increase interaction: first, start the live video broadcast and attract students' attention through the pictures of the activities; secondly, set up 20-30 minutes of student classroom presentation time in each class, and students must be ready to accept questions from the teacher at any time when reporting; finally, after each important knowledge point is taught, small case exercises are set up, and students type answers in the discussion area or open the microphone to answer orally, and question the students' answers to varying degrees. The teacher-student Q&A is used to examine the students' mastery of the knowledge points, and at the same time, it also improves students' classroom participation.

Third, track content feedback after class. After submission, it is used as the basis for evaluation of usual grades, accounting for 50% of the total final grade; Secondly, answer questions from classmates in the course WeChat group in a timely manner, and provide unified explanations of common issues in class; finally, regularly confirm students’ learning effects and opinions on teaching methods, including whether the lecture progress can be kept up and whether the difficulty of the teaching content is appropriate, and further improve the teaching methods based on student feedback.

This means that my classmates and I have been teaching and learning this course in the classroom. How to teach "Contract Law" at the graduate level is a question I have been thinking about. Most master's students have taken courses related to contract law during their undergraduate studies. Even if they have not, they have studied it in preparation for the judicial examination. Since all have a certain course foundation, the main purpose of teaching this course should be to inspire thinking and research interests.Before the start of the w88 casino year, I first made a detailed course catalog and prepared reading materials and typical cases on related topics.
