Principal Xia Wenbin and Vice Principal Wang Jingbo attended the meeting and had cordial discussions with the newly hired w88. The meeting was chaired by Liu Jinlan, Director of the w88' Work Department of the Party Committee/Director of the Human Resources Department.

At the meeting, Principal Xia Wenbin, as an outstanding cadre who has been working in Shihezi for eight years, shared his experience in aiding Xinjiang with the newly hired w88, and pointed out that the school's national conditions education is the meaning of the construction of "Double First-Class" and is of great significance to talent cultivation and serving the national strategy. Principal Xia Wenbin put forward three expectations: First, achieve a role change, from a person who "learned from books" to a person who "asked the society".

Guo Li, a teacher at the International Business School who participated in the 2020 national conditions education, was invited to share his thoughts and insights with the w88. Guo Li shared the practical activities in Qingdao last year with the keywords "nostalgia" and "gratitude", saying that "I am very grateful to the school for providing new w88 with opportunities for national conditions education. Through national conditions education, we can complete the role transformation from doctoral students to w88 and establish a sense of psychological belonging. I also wish all new w88 "in all the best, everything will be happy" in the national conditions education practice activities."

Zhang Junrong, a teacher at the School of Statistics who is about to go to Shihezi University to carry out w88, spoke on behalf of the newly appointed teacher. She said, "People from the University of Trade and Economics are for responsibility; the study of the University of Trade and Economics is for innovation; the heart of the University of Trade and Economics is for great love.
