In addition, his internship experience in a law firm also gave him a deeper understanding of the quality of legal talents. His first internship was in the marketing department of Intel China. The second internship was in the securities business department of King & Wood Mallesons. He gained a very good internship experience in this high-end new platform with broad development prospects. This first in-depth internship experience in a law firm gave him the opportunity to conduct detailed observations and comprehensive understanding of lawyers' working patterns and working conditions, and deepened his understanding of the basic working methods and work content of non-litigation lawyers. The last one-month short-term internship was at Shihui Law Firm. The differences in working environments brought about by different company sizes enriched his intuitive experience of law firms, and the new litigation business also sharpened his professional abilities. Being conscientious and meticulous, eager to learn new knowledge, and willing to endure hardships are his summary of what he gained from his internship.
In order to prepare for postgraduate entrance examination, he used the knowledge accumulated in the legal examination to enrich his subject foundation, and read a large number of publications by relevant scholars before preparing for the interview. When talking about his evaluation of the legal system, he greatly appreciated the advantages of our country's legal system and recognized the importance of basic legal popularization work. He said that the particularity of the legal discipline makes it impossible for the public to become a "lawyer for everyone", so in the future he will rely on what he has learned to serve every client well in his work.
Relaxation and ease
Recalling his undergraduate period, Xu Yunbo thought it was a complete and happy experience. He did not introduce a specific learning method to the author, but he imparted the experience of being relaxed and happy to learn: since he changed his learning attitude and became more attentive in the second semester of college, he has maintained a high degree of learning autonomy. This not only allowed him to achieve impressive results, but also enabled him to balance leisure and study within a limited time. He loves traveling and prefers quiet places with few tourists to enjoy his leisure time in the company of beautiful scenery and delicious food. Although he has a playful mind, he never delays his studies at critical stages, and will consciously reduce the frequency of outings during midterms and finals. He also has his own rhythm of life and pays attention to rest no matter how many tasks he has. Even during the busy exam season, he will ensure eight hours of sleep every day. This "lazy" learning state is actually not inferior to fatigue tactics, which makes him energetic and ensures efficiency, quality and speed.
Behind the ease of time is the relaxation of the heart. In addition to autonomy and rhythm, Xu Yunbo also emphasized the driving force of goals. During the preparation for the interview at Peking University, he devoted himself entirely to improving and consolidating his own abilities, and inspired his fighting spirit, motivation and consciousness under the pressure brought by the approaching goal. How to deal with overemphasis on goals and how to deal with the psychological pressure caused by tasks has always been a hot topic among students. In this regard, Xu Yunbo admitted that he rarely feels anxious. Only by recognizing the scope of his abilities and making maximum efforts can he calm down and ignore the gains and losses.
