Professor Han Qiang pointed out that the purpose of the party’s historical resolutions is to summarize experiences and lessons, clarify the direction of progress, establish guiding ideology and leadership core, form and consolidate the party’s unified thinking, unified will, and unified actions, and lead the people to achieve the party’s goals through unity throughout the party.
