w88 casino News Network (provided by the w88 casino of Marxism)In order to guide young students to further sharpen their original aspirations and bravely shoulder their mission in the fight against the epidemic, the w88 casino of Marxism, in conjunction with the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee and the Youth Development Research Institute, planned to launch the "Benefit" Gathering Strengths "Together to Fight the Epidemic" Ideological and Political Course Cloud Lecture Hall. The third session of the lecture hall invited Wang Wei, a national progressive and kind young man in 2021, to tell us about "Being the Dabai of protecting health-epidemic prevention and control, you and me". The meeting was chaired by Lian Si, Dean of the Youth Development Institute of the w88 casino.

Dean Lian Si welcomed the arrival of the keynote speaker Wang Wei and introduced him. Wang Wei is a national upwardly motivated young person in 2021. He has won the 2016 China Good Person, the 29th Beijing Youth May 4th Medal, the Most Beautiful Beijinger, the Most Beautiful Nurse, Beijing's "Excellent Propagator", and "Moving China" candidate nomination. As a medical worker, she uses her perseverance and sweet smile to increase patients' confidence in healing. She has participated in and organized hundreds of free clinic activities to protect health and spread love. She personally practices the spirit of the times of constant self-improvement and upward kindness.

At the beginning of the lecture, Wang Wei first showed his daily life as a medical worker through a short work video. Whether it is daily care or epidemic prevention propaganda, she will bravely move forward as long as the people need it. She said that when treating patients, we should take care of them as we take care of ourselves. She believes that "a smile is the shortest distance between people." She hopes that through the lecture, she can use her life and work experience to popularize epidemic prevention and control knowledge and pass on the positive energy of life.

Next, Wang Wei used photos to compare the changes in China in 1984 and today, showing that times are different, but youth is the same. This paper proposes how contemporary youth should take over the baton of the times, how to better develop and solve their own problems, and proposes an initiative for us to strive to be "three good students" under the epidemic prevention and control:

First, strive to be a pioneer “good young man”. General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward requirements for youth development, and Wang Wei was deeply touched by "becoming a model who dares to fight and is good at fighting". She believes that young people should not be prematurely defined. They should dare to fight and be good at fighting in life and work, and should not be afraid of difficulties and obstacles and face them bravely. Combining his own experience in participating in the "I Contribute to Reform" program, Wang Wei said that contemporary youth should be contributors to the collective and practitioners of the slogan "Please rest assured that the party will make the country strong, and I will be strong." No matter under the epidemic or in life, they must continue to strive for self-improvement, let go of their youthful dreams, and strive to be pioneer youth.

The second is to develop daily "good habits". The current epidemic situation is still severe, and prevention and control measures must not be relaxed. Wang Wei popularized knowledge on epidemic prevention and control to students from four aspects: daily prevention and control, prevention and control when going out, the "three no's" of prevention and control, and the "three musts" of prevention and control. The lively and interesting popular science videos are not only Wang Wei’s active efforts to promote epidemic prevention, but also the optimistic spirit she wants to convey to the public.

The third is to maintain a healthy and "good attitude". Paying too much attention to the epidemic will bring about strong emotional stress reactions. Being immersed in the package of epidemic information for a long time can make people feel helpless, lonely, angry, anxious, depressed, panic, etc. Wang Wei's experience in this regard is: we can neither overreact to the epidemic nor treat the epidemic as if nothing happened. She suggested that everyone pay attention to the epidemic news for no more than one hour a day and turn their attention to normal life and work to avoid mental illness. At the same time, Wang Wei explained the impact of mentality on people through interesting psychological interactions. He also introduced the popular science book "The Wonderful Respiratory System" to everyone, and suggested that students read more at home to keep their minds on the road.

In the lecture, Wang Wei even shared his life experience. From a cancer patient to a medical worker protecting the health of others, she has traveled a difficult road for many years. But no matter what her fate is, she never abandons or gives up. She is determined and fights tenaciously. There is always a bright and warm smile on her face, and there is always tenacious perseverance in her heart. After his rebirth, Wang Wei was grateful to his parents for their dedicated efforts over the years. He also remembered his teacher’s teachings of “learn to be a human being before learning”, and he never forgot his mission. After becoming a medical worker, she used her experience to help other cancer patients, treating the patients as ordinary people and giving them full respect and encouragement. Wang Wei said: "From walking with cancer to being with patients, this is my protection."

At the end of the lecture, Dean Lian Si expressed his sincere gratitude to the speaker Wang Wei. Wang Wei's sharing was wonderful and fulfilling, and the interaction was lively and interesting, giving everyone a lot of help and inspiration. I also look forward to having more opportunities to invite her to the w88 casino in the future to have more exciting interactions with classmates offline.
