There are four phases of volunteer work. The first phase of work has officially started on September 26, 2022. During each of the four time periods of 7:30-9:40, 9:40-12:10, 15:10-17:00 and 17:00-18:40, two volunteers are on duty. After the second class, the students went to the cafeteria to eat. At this time, volunteers and staff were already in place at the entrance of the restaurant. The volunteers held epidemic prevention work checklists and truthfully recorded whether the staff had completed temperature measurement and reminded students to wear masks as required. When staff forget to take the temperature of a classmate or fail to notice that a classmate is not wearing a mask, volunteers will remind the staff to provide effective supervision. Under the reminder of the staff and the supervision of volunteers, the entrance to the canteen is in good order.

In the afternoon, the temperature rose, but the volunteers still stuck to their posts. When it is discovered that a staff member in charge of a certain point has not arrived on time, volunteers will record the truth and report it in time. At the same time, they will temporarily replace the staff to complete tasks such as temperature measurement and reminders. "Students, remember to wear a mask!" volunteers carefully reminded students entering and exiting each building. Some students forgot to bring masks, so volunteers distributed spare masks to them. The students wore masks one after another and expressed their gratitude to the volunteers.

In the evening, as the sun set, the volunteers began to check the completion of their form-filling work. They carefully reviewed the contents of the form and improved their work notes.
