Although there are no mature plans and samples to be found, I am fully aware of the necessity and urgency of setting up a cutting-edge intersection course between technology and law. After systematically collecting course syllabuses and teaching materials related to network and information law offered by law schools at world-renowned universities, and conducting in-depth research on the commonalities of course module setting plans and teaching plans, I began to design the first "Law + Technology" cutting-edge course at the University of International w88 - "Research on Cyber ​​Law Theory and Practice" under the leadership and careful guidance of Dean Mei Xiaying. In addition to course construction, I am also deeply aware of the importance of the construction of teaching materials for artificial intelligence law courses.In 2019, the Ministry of Education proposed the "Three Complete Education" policy of promoting practice through knowledge and practicing knowledge through practice. Scientific research and educating people is an important part of "three-round education". How to make the scientific research process a fertile ground for students to grow and become talents is the first question I think about when promoting the path of scientific research and education. The "crowdsourcing" collaboration model with "swarm thinking" as the core has shined brightly in the design and development process of the Internet. Inspired by this, I hope to explore a "crowdsourcing collaboration" path outside the classroom that can stimulate students' interest in scientific research, fully exercise their innovation potential, extend the boundaries of course teaching, and deeply participate in the construction of teaching materials. In the course on cyber law theory and practice, I encourage students to deeply participate in the compilation of the textbook "Artificial Intelligence Legal Classic Cases", explain to students the analysis methods of foreign legal cases, and share the analysis framework of artificial intelligence legal cases. This process systematically cultivates students' scientific research capabilities and helps students start their scientific research. Some of the students who participated in the writing have published articles in newspapers such as Guangming Daily, "Data Law", and "Information Security Research", some have led teams to pursue their dream scientific research competitions, and some have bravely climbed to the peak of scientific research and continue to explore the scientific research path of network and information law. Currently, two textbooks based on the Internet Law Theory and Practice Course and the Artificial Intelligence Law Course are nearly 300,000 words each and will be published soon. It can be said that the activation of all elements of scientific research and education has fully promoted the cultivation of outstanding legal talents and ensured that scientific research and education achieve good results.

Besides the classroom, I also promote research through teaching and promote application through research, striving to provide intellectual support for my country’s artificial intelligence strategy with solid scientific research output, and at the same time show it to students in a way that enhances international academic influence"Four Confidences". I have written a series of academic papers related to algorithm regulation and artificial intelligence governance, which have been published in many core legal journals. I have also been invited to give special lectures at universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University, and I have been interviewed by CCTV, Rule of Law Daily, Economic Daily, People's Political Consultative Conference and other media, focusing on current affairs and people's livelihood.
