Based on the practice of discipline inspection and supervision, Hu Shouqiang interpreted the general provisions of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China" from three aspects: historical evolution, revised content and revised background, to provide help in understanding and grasping the relevant contents of the newly revised "Regulations". The staff of the Discipline Inspection Commission/Supervision Office interpreted the "Six Major Disciplines" based on the newly revised "Regulations" and warning cases, and all staff watched the warning education film.

Li Maoguo put forward three requirements for full-time and part-time discipline inspection cadres: First, insist on learning one step first and learning one level deeper. Strive to make new improvements in consciously observing and maintaining party discipline. It is required to study the newly revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China" chapter by chapter, accurately grasp the gist, meaning and requirements of the "Six Disciplines", and further clarify the measurement yardstick for daily words and deeds. The second is to put an end to formalism and truly integrate everything. Party discipline study and education cannot be about learning for the sake of learning, nor about learning to complete tasks, nor about learning to cope with inspections. We must adhere to higher standards and stricter requirements, truly integrate them, engrave compliance with rules and disciplines in our hearts, and internalize them into daily and unconscious norms of words and deeds. The third is to accurately grasp the requirements and strengthen supervision. It is necessary to learn, know, understand and abide by discipline, understand what the party's discipline and rules are, figure out what can and cannot be done, assist and supervise the party organizations where they work to carry out party discipline study and education, and promote the continuous and in-depth development of comprehensive and strict governance of the party.
