The event was sponsored by the Teachers' Work Department/Human Resources Department of the Party Committee and hosted by the Party Committee of the International Business School. Professor Zhang Xinmin, a member of the Business Administration Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a "famous accountant" of the Ministry of Finance, and the head of the Accounting and Financial Management Teacher Team of the University of International Business and Economics, was invited to give a special report.
