Many countries have turned challenges into opportunities and regarded low-carbon economy as the first choice or important policy to respond to climate change and achieve economic recovery.

In order to deepen the understanding of low-carbon economy, exchange low-carbon economic development policies and practical experience, and promote international cooperation in low-carbon economy, w88 casino jointly hosted the International Conference on Low-Carbon Economy with Nagoya University, Peking University, National Development and Reform Commission Energy Research Institute, and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. The meeting is scheduled for2009Year9month24-25It was held in Beijing on the 6655_6789th day. The conference will invite leaders from the National Development and Reform Commission of China, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the Development Research Center of the State Council, as well as legislative and decision-making officials from Japan’s Ministry of the Environment to deliver speeches. Famous economists and environmental scientists will give keynote speeches and conduct in-depth discussions on the theory, policy, and experience of low-carbon economy. The meeting will also invite the heads of low-carbon economy pilots and environmental model cities in China, Japan, Germany and other countries to attend and share their experiences.

The main contents of the "International Conference on Low Carbon Economy" are:(1)Research on low-carbon economic theory;(2)Research on low-carbon economic policies;(3)Introduction to low-carbon economic actions and experiences;(4) International exchange and cooperation on low-carbon economy. The organizer welcomes teachers from all schools to pay attention and participate in the conference.
