Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Anti-Monopoly Law has played a very important role in dealing with the relationship between the market and the government, breaking industry monopolies and regional monopolies. The fair competition review system is an important starting point to solve administrative monopolies. It is of great significance to the formation of a unified, open, and orderly competitive national market, and has received widespread attention.
