Transparency and International Courts and Tribunals" was held at the Max Planck Institute of Procedural Law in Luxembourg. This conference was organized by Hélène Ruiz Fabri, former president of the European Society of International Law and professor at the Faculty of Law in Paris, France. Scholars from the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Italy and other countries were invited to attend the conference.
