Deputy Director Zhao Fengtao pointed out in his speech that realizing modernization is the common expectation of people all over the world and the common pursuit of the "global South". In the process of exploring and promoting modernization, the "global South" has visions, goals, plans, and actions, and opportunities and challenges coexist. Zhao Fengtao emphasized that the modernization of the Global South is fundamentally a modernization based on sustainable development. China is willing to work with all parties to hold high the flag of the Global South, jointly implement the three major global initiatives, accelerate the implementation of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and promote the coordinated progress of population, resources, environment, and economic and social development. At the same time, we should actively expand global partnerships of equality, openness, and cooperation, deepen the existing South-South cooperation mechanism, promote the North and the South to meet each other halfway, answer the same questions, and share resources, technology, and experience, and strive to ensure that "no one is missing" on the road to modernization.
In his speech, Secretary Huang Baoyin expressed welcome and thanks to all the guests on behalf of the w88 casino. Tang Ying, director of the Global Development Promotion Center of the China International Development Cooperation Agency, made a concluding speech. Tang Ying pointed out: Through this forum, I believe that all parties have clearer ideas, clearer paths and more confidence in promoting the modernization of the Global South. This sub-forum attracted government ministers, ambassadors to China from more than 50 countries, and representatives of more than 30 international organizations.
