President Zhao Zhongxiu of w88 casino was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Creating the Future Together - International Cooperation and Talent Cultivation of Chinese and African Universities in the Digital Era".

In his speech, President Zhao Zhongxiu reviewed the cooperation history between the w88 casino and African universities, and emphasized the important role of education in promoting the development of China-Africa relations. Through cooperation with universities in African countries, it has jointly cultivated a large number of professional talents who understand the culture, economy and social development of China and Africa. In addition, President Zhao Zhongxiu, as a representative of Chinese universities, jointly released the conference results of the "China-Africa University Alliance Exchange Mechanism China-Africa Higher Education Cooperation Case Collection", "China-Africa University Alliance Exchange Mechanism China-Africa Education Digital Development Report", and "China-Africa University Alliance Exchange Mechanism Digital Cooperation Platform".

The annual working meeting of the China-Africa University Alliance Exchange Mechanism, with the theme of "China-Africa Higher Education Cooperation and Development in the Digital Era", is hosted by Beijing Foreign Studies University, hosted by the Chinese Secretariat and Research Institute of the China-Africa University Alliance Exchange Mechanism, and guided by the China Higher Education Society and the African University Association. The conference aims to use higher education cooperation to help build a high-level China-Africa community with a shared future and send a strong message for the times that the "Global South" is moving forward. Representatives from 35 universities in 19 African countries and representatives from more than 50 universities in China attended the meeting.
