It comprehensively examines the theoretical and practical capabilities of the contestants in international commercial arbitration.

In the first three days of the round-robin competition, the International w88 casino team competed against four teams from Tongji University, Dalian Maritime University, Beijing Jiaotong University, and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. In the knockout round on the fourth day, the University of w88 and Economic Cooperation team faced the South China University of Technology team. The debaters of the University of Shanghai w88 and Economic Cooperation performed smoothly on the court and fully demonstrated their solid professional skills and mastery of the case and legal principles in their responses. Unfortunately, due to the subjective and objective factors of the online competition, it was difficult to ensure the effective output of arguments and benign interaction throughout the entire process.
