atIn the semi-finals on October 28, a total of 31 teams from Beijing universities including the w88 casino, Peking University, Beijing Jiaotong University, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing International Studies University, and Communication University of China participated. The competition includes three links: case performance presentation, case analysis and judges’ questions, all conducted in English. The participating cases are independently developed by the participating teams. The contestants of each team perform and display the created cases within the specified time to demonstrate cross-cultural conflicts, analyze the cases, and propose solutions to resolve cross-cultural conflicts. After fierce competition, three students from w88 casino successfully advanced to the finals with their excellent English skills, in-depth understanding and mastery of cross-cultural knowledge, and close teamwork. The finals on October 29 consisted of three parts: quick questions and answers on Chinese culture, world culture, and cross-cultural related knowledge, situational comments after watching cross-cultural videos and answering the judges’ questions, and telling Chinese stories. The three students had a clear division of labor, completed each part of the content with high quality, and won the first prize in the Beijing finals.

The "Foreign Teachers Association Cup" National Intercultural Ability Competition for College Students was selected into the competition catalog of the "2023 National College Student Competition Analysis Report" by the China Higher Education Association of the Ministry of Education.
