Joseph’s autobiography under the statue of Shakespeare

As a famous American Broadway director, Joseph has directed many Shakespeare's classic plays around the world. Now, as a teacher at Peking University, he works tirelessly to rehearse various plays for children and uses drama to influence their lives.

This play is based on Joseph's own experience, telling a sincere, sad but humorous story. When poor little Tom shook his head from side to side and tried his best to bite out this passage word by word, many people at the scene shed tears. His eyes were awakened and deep, as if he could travel through time and space to see Shakespeare, who was regarded as a god by his father.

Joseph plays one role in the play4The characters are sometimes a six-year-old boy, sometimes a kind father, sometimes an alcoholic principal, and sometimes a mentally retarded son of the principal. In the dialogue between "I" and my father, the mature man and the little boy switched freely, making the audience laugh.

After the play ended, the audience burst into endless applause. During the question and answer session, Joseph gave detailed answers to some questions raised by the students.
