Not only in the field of teaching and research, Ji Jin has also explored and practiced innovations in educational testing and preparatory project management for international students studying in China. In order to complete the University of International w88's task of standardizing the entrance test for academic degree students studying in China, Ji Jin combined information technology to standardize educational tests and took the lead in developing the "Entrance Examination Syllabus for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students Studying in China" and the "Chinese Language Test Question Bank for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students Studying in China". They were officially launched in 2007 and are still in use today, improving the w88 casino's education quality evaluation system for studying in China. Ji Jin, who accepted the task, took the lead in going to various universities to investigate the current situation of language learning of international students, visiting industry authorities, experts and scholars, and holding expert seminars. At the same time, he publicly invited technology companies to bid to explore how technology can empower international Chinese education and build a digital independent language learning model. In 2015, the business Chinese learning system was successfully developed and revolutionized the education model. Since 2015, the "Business Chinese Learning System" has been used in the public basic compulsory courses (Chinese) for international students at the University of w88 and Economics in China and has been included in the university's undergraduate training program for overseas students. So far, more than 6,400 international students have registered online. To this end, the University of International w88 took the lead in realizing digital international Chinese teaching and wrote a pioneering chapter in the field of business Chinese education at home and abroad. The teaching content of the Business Chinese Learning System covers all aspects of business knowledge involved in finance and economics majors, and integrates general education cases with Chinese characteristics. It guides students to conduct in-depth exploration in the direction of interest through point-to-point and radiating learning methods, broadens students' knowledge, and allows students to truly feel the charm of Chinese and the characteristics of the University of International w88. As the system acceptance expert said: This system meets the needs of language paving and bridging for the construction of “One Belt and One Road”. This system opens up the "Belt and Road" in the field of education for students studying in China through the dissemination of business stories. It fully reflects the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and demonstrates all aspects of Chinese-style modern development. However, Ji Jin also expressed regret that the system did not serve more groups outside the w88 casino, lamenting that "as a Chinese teacher and developer, we have not done a good enough job in promoting the business Chinese learning system." She said that if funds are sufficient, AI technology can be used to upgrade existing systems. To this end, Ji Jin hopes to promote the Business Chinese learning system through more channels and make it a "study in China" brand, thereby spreading and promoting the business Chinese teaching with the unique features of the University of w88 and Economic Cooperation to the world and benefiting the world.

Shake a tree with a tree, spread the legacy with heart

Talking about how to further improve the deep foundation of international education in China at the University of International w88 and Economics, as a teacher, Ji Jin put forward several opinions: In terms of the characteristics of language education, teachers need to explore a variety of flexible education methods to make the classroom lively; When preparing lessons, we should not only pay attention to the teaching content, but also study the means and ways to effectively impart knowledge; in education management, we should do a good job in "convergence management" of international students, and design more suitable programs for international students at the relevant management level, so that international students can feel the same care and enjoy the same opportunities as Chinese students.

“A teacher who truly loves students can be felt by the students, and they will be more tolerant of the teacher.” Ji Jin said that teachers should empathize and care for students. Talking about her students, Ji Jin’s eyes sparkled with warmth: “We want to make international students have a sense of belonging, so that they can fall in love with the University and then fall in love with China while studying and living at the University.”
