Beijing's digital technology talents have spread to Langfang, Wuqing and other places, and the talent sharing mechanism has formed the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Fund and the Zhongguancun Venture Capital Guidance Fund to invest in cross-regional digital projects, providing financial support for collaborative innovation in the digital economy. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei “one-stop service” has launched a list of “same standards for colleagues” for Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei government services and mutual recognition of electronic certificates in the three places. Beijing Urban Sub-center (Tongzhou) and Hebei Beisan County have jointly built a smart city management system. A breakthrough has been made in the collaborative construction of digital cities, providing efficient and convenient service guarantees for the collaborative innovation of the digital economy in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
