China-Europe freight trains are not only a simple logistics channel, but also an important "booster" for economic and w88 cooperation among countries along the route, playing an important role in promoting coordinated regional development and deepening the cooperative partnership between Asia and Europe.
The China-Europe freight trains have promoted the continuous upgrading of the Asia-Europe logistics network. China-Europe freight trains have broken the traditional binary cross-border transportation pattern consisting of sea and air transportation, created a new option for land international transportation, and significantly shortened the transportation time of goods in countries along the route. In order to better support the high-quality joint construction of the "Belt and Road", my country's railway department has continued to improve the capacity of China-Europe trains with reference to the characteristics of domestic and overseas transportation organizations, maximizing the number of trains and traction quality. The average transportation volume of a single train has increased by more than 30% compared with the beginning of the operation. At the same time, we are actively developing digital port systems, promoting the rapid railway customs clearance model, and continuously improving the facilitation level of China-Europe trains.
In terms of China-Europe train service quality, since October 2022, the railway department has fully launched a full schedule of China-Europe trains at home and abroad, stabilizing the expected timeliness of railway transportation, closely matching customer needs, and providing personalized customized services for special products such as new energy vehicles, tea, wood, and cold chain food. In order to further ensure the safety of China-Europe train transportation, my country has actively empowered the technological advancement of railway transportation, made extensive use of the Beidou satellite positioning system and the railway electronic blockade system, adopted full insurance and safety measures for China-Europe trains, followed up on the logistics and transportation status in real time, and prevented and resolved major transportation risks. In addition, my country's China-Europe Railway Express Transport Coordination Committee and the seven-nation China-Europe Railway Express Transport Joint Group have also been established to carry out cooperation and exchanges on the high-quality and sustainable operation of China-Europe Railway Express and provide a solid guarantee for the safety of China-Europe Railway Express transportation.
China-Europe freight trains promote the coordinated development of Asia and Europe. Currently, the world economic recovery is sluggish, global economic uncertainty has increased significantly, and the multilateral trading system is suffering a serious impact. The number of China-Europe freight trains has always maintained a strong growth trend, which not only proves the strong resilience of China's economic development, but also demonstrates that the Asia-Europe economy is full of development opportunities, adding fuel to the maintenance of the regional multilateral system and promoting coordinated regional development.
Thanks to the significant contribution made by China-Europe trains in smoothing the domestic and international dual circulation and promoting the economic development of regions along the route, Chinese companies have accelerated their expansion of overseas markets, and more and more high-quality goods are sold to Central Asia, Europe and other regions. In recent years, high-tech value-added products represented by new energy vehicles, lithium batteries and photovoltaic products have become a new growth point for China-Europe freight trains. In addition, through the joint construction of the "Belt and Road", my country's central and western regions are more closely connected with the world market. The continuous operation of China-Europe freight trains has created new transportation advantages for the development of foreign w88 in the central and western regions. In the first quarter of 2025, the total import and export volume of my country's central and western regions was 1.84 trillion yuan, accounting for about 17.8% of the country's total foreign w88, and the growth rate reached 8.7%.

At the same time, China-Europe freight trains have also helped the countries along the route to continuously strengthen their "soft connectivity" capabilities. my country and Kazakhstan have deepened joint port offices, unified railway track standards, and greatly improved freight efficiency. In addition, China-Europe trains also play an important role in improving the flexibility of regional supply chains along the route and promoting the coordinated development of regional industrial chains. Countries along the railway can realize efficient and stable transportation of raw materials, parts and finished products between different countries through China-Europe trains, accelerate the realization of regional industrial collaboration and division of labor, improve the efficiency of factor allocation and utilization, and promote the transformation of "channel economy" into "industrial economy".
China-Europe trains deepen people-to-people exchanges and cooperation between Asia and Europe. China-Europe freight trains are not only an important channel for cargo transportation, but also an important platform for cultural exchanges, continuing to play a new and strong voice in connecting people. Recently, the China-Central Asia International Cultural Tourism Special Train (Xi'an-Almaty Section) successfully launched its first trip in Xi'an, becoming a "mobile cultural exchange corridor"; more and more Chinese companies are looking for cooperation opportunities in Tajikistan and other countries, driving business tourism in Central Asia; and so on.
