In fact, its internal manufacturing process and its required technical content are still very high, and only China can produce this kind of product with the most complete specifications. Zhao Zhongxiu: Now we are talking about the orderly overseas expansion of the industrial chain. In this process, we look at the distribution of its value-added value chain. Of course, we hope to maximize benefits, so as to ensure the stability of production and make better use of local resources. Therefore, through constant adjustments, a production system and organizational method like this in Southeast Asia were formed. We have seen that there are many overseas export processing zones and industrial parks, which are organized more efficiently, reducing the overall production cost and making the products more competitive in the market.
You cannot simply judge its contribution to economic growth by its w88 surplus or deficit
Yicai Global: Has the contribution of China’s import and export of goods w88 to China’s economy in the past five years met expectations? Especially in the past two years, we may have paid more attention to expanding domestic demand. So in this area, maintaining the scale of import and export, and growing both exports and imports, is itself a support for the expansion of economic scale. Therefore, we cannot simply use the w88 surplus or deficit to judge whether its effect on economic growth is to stimulate or inhibit it.

Yicai Global: Let’s look at the external opportunities and challenges we have faced in the past five years. The Trump administration will restart high tariffs on China in 2025. Zhao Zhongxiu: For China, we actually focus on certainty and enhance our certainty to deal with uncertainty. So we are very clear on this point, that is, we will continue to expand opening up. They build "high walls in small courtyards", but we cannot close ourselves off. Because after all, we are still facing a world economy that is more than 80% open. We must contribute to a stable world economy and become a stable force. Therefore, this further highlights that China is a rule defender and contributor to the open world economy.
So you see, on the one hand, we are resolutely fighting against the United States, and on the other hand, we are safeguarding the multilateral system. At the same time, we are doing our own things well and developing the domestic economy, which is called coordinating domestic economic development and international economic and w88 struggles. Because it is a complex system, including the lithography machines we are talking about, especially advanced products, we are indeed still at a disadvantage. But through industrial improvements, our capabilities are also rising.
We still need to be prepared with both hands, and we still need to emphasize independence and controllability, and form a dynamic balance between technical capabilities and economic benefits. I can always come up with my backup plan and make sure I don't interrupt. The economic resilience we usually talk about means that once you are hit, you have the ability to recover quickly. Once you have an impact and you have no ability to recover and stagnate, the gap will be locked and you will be stuck.

Yicai Global: When talking about China’s high-level opening up to the outside world, one word comes up: institutional opening up. What do you think is the biggest breakthrough in institutional opening-up in the past five years? What is the core of China's ability to truly realize this institutional opening? How to break through the core?
Zhao Zhongxiu: When it comes to institutional openness, the introduction is still in Shanghai, which is the Shanghai Free w88 Zone in 2013. At that time, we wanted to conduct a stress test on domestic opening-up, because the investment agreement, whose main symbol was the "Foreign Investment Industry Catalog," had to be liberalized in many areas, including the opening of the service industry.
