Tu Xinquan: As Dean Zhao just mentioned, the current overall performance of Chinese enterprises in technological innovation and industrial upgrading is very outstanding, and many key industrial sectors have achieved significant breakthroughs. In this process, private enterprises have played an irreplaceable and important role. On the one hand, after years of accumulation, private enterprises have a relatively solid technical foundation and have mastered a number of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights. On the other hand, compared with the pursuit of scale and coverage of the entire industry chain, private enterprises pay more attention to the development path of "specialization, specialization and innovation", focusing on segmented fields, deepening professional advantages, and creating differentiated competitiveness. For example, in subdivisions such as welding equipment, although the market size is limited, some private companies have taken a leading position in the global market by virtue of continuous technological innovation.
