Experts and scholars conducted in-depth discussions on the internal logic of high-level opening up and high-quality development, and comprehensively served the national opening-up strategy and the functional construction of Beijing’s “Four Centers”.
Experts said that in the past year, our country has unswervingly expanded high-level opening up, gradually developed from policy-guided opening up to institutional opening up in the past, achieved all-field opening up in the manufacturing industry, and continuously expanded the scope of opening up in the service sector. It has continued to deepen independent opening up and unilateral opening up in the construction of free w88 zones, the construction of Hainan Free w88 Port, service w88 and digital w88, and has become a certain force in promoting the construction of an open world economy.
Experts point out that the higher the quality of development and the deeper the reform, the higher the requirements for opening up.
