The lifestyle service industry is developing towards high-quality, diversified and convenient development. Li Jun believes that we should start from three aspects:
First of all, the government, industry associations, service platforms and enterprises are involved to further improve the system, optimize the consumption environment, and enhance the service brand in terms of laws and regulations, integrity system, industry standards, and employee qualifications.
Secondly, life services involve face-to-face communication between consumers and practitioners. Some types of work may provide 24-hour home services. It is necessary to strengthen education for consumers and practitioners, improve communication skills, and establish legal awareness and professionalism of mutual respect, compliance with contracts, and clear rights and responsibilities.
Finally, enterprises are encouraged to use digital tools and advanced technologies to optimize service processes, improve service quality, and enhance the diversification and convenience of services.
