The teachers contacted charitable organizations in Hubei one by one, and finally the Hubei Charity Federation was willing to accept this batch of supplies and could arrange for them to be mailed to Wuhan Ninth Hospital. The staff of the Hubei Provincial Charity Federation were very moved when they heard that we wanted to donate masks from Malawi, one of the least developed countries in the world. A WeChat group was specially set up to connect with teachers: it turns out that donating money also requires preparing some necessary documents and procedures. Everyone worked separately again to solve the problems one by one, including mask product certification documents, hospital acceptance letters, and donation information forms required by the Charity Federation. Soon, ten boxes of masks were delivered to the airport and neatly placed in the logistics company's warehouse.
But logistics expenses are also a big expense. The teachers once again donated generously, but it was still not enough to cover the entire cost.
