In the past 25 years, I have been paying attention to China's economic, political and social development. I have seen that due to the party's policies, its outstanding cadres and talents, and the hard work of the people, the Chinese people have gone from poverty to prosperity.

I am very concerned about the behavioral changes of the new generation of Chinese people, especially the fashionable lifestyles of the "post-80s" and "post-90s" generations. I take the subway to and from get off work every day. Young people on the subway use expensive mobile phones such as Huawei and Apple. Many of them have colorfully dyed hair, carry designer bags, and wear high-end sneakers. Compared with my peers on the London Underground, I found that young Chinese people are wealthier and live more luxuriously. I often lament the generation gap between them and their parents. In the process of China's development, their tenacious fathers and ancestors made great sacrifices. I often think of a term that one of my Chinese friends often uses - "little emperor".

Currently, China is facing a terrible disease. When the country and the people faced huge challenges, these pampered "little emperors" jumped into the fight without hesitation, and the Chinese leaders and the great party did not let down their compatriots. Thousands of young people in their prime took off their beautiful clothes and expensive leather bags and rushed to Wuhan from all directions to join the people's anti-epidemic army led by the Communist Party of China and fight the "epidemic" for the people. This is not only a battle for China, but also a battle for all mankind. The "little emperor" generation devoted themselves to the battle, not only for China, but also for the whole world. China's younger generation has a courageous and sacrificial spirit. In order to protect the people from the virus, more than 1,700 doctors and medical workers have unfortunately been infected with the virus, many of them are still very young.

Fathers saw their children staying in hospitals and intensive care units day and night, fighting in virus research laboratories, and guarding city gates during this "war epidemic", united as one to fight the epidemic. These young people are not "little emperors". They are like medieval knights, defending China on the great Great Wall.

During this epidemic, Chinese women have attracted my attention. They are the female knights of China and the new "queens" of China. Female doctors, nurses, medical workers and experts actively responded to the call of the party and the country and went to the front line with their brothers, colleagues and loved ones. They changed out of their beautiful clothes and purses, abandoned their long hair that they carefully cared for, and rushed to the front line. This is not only for safety reasons, but also shows determination and courage. Medieval female knights, like them, cut off their braids a few hours before battle to show their determination to fight. They encouraged each other and conveyed hope in the fight against the epidemic. They care for patients calmly and without panic. In the darkness of the epidemic, they used singing and dancing to eliminate fear, give patients hope, and build a bridge of life while racing against death.

The sacrifices made by female doctors, nurses, and cleaners in their youth are unimaginable. Chinese women gave their most precious things in this exam. Wearing white coats, they are like female knights in the Middle Ages, stoic, brave, and noble... Their soft hearts beat because of their love for this land that provides them with a rich, fulfilling and happy life. It is they who guard Wuhan and use their skills and talents to destroy crazy enemies!

Wang Xiaoting in Wuhan and the Chinese women who stick to Wuhan have inherited the bravery, perseverance and dedication of Chinese women. They inherit the legacy of those martyrs who sacrificed their lives for their country in times of crisis. Zhao Yiman (1905-1936) led the guerrilla war against Japanese aggression and died generously like a knight in mythology. The generation of "little emperors" has grown into strong warriors, joining the battle and joining the people's anti-epidemic team. Some medical staff who unfortunately contracted the disease still had tears in their eyes as they were dying, firmly believing in victory. When this generation of "little emperors" finally wins the fierce battle, they will definitely leave many heroic deeds, many touching stories of dedication and noble moral character to future generations.
