How can the 8.74 million college students who graduate this year prepare themselves for job hunting?
Adjust your mentality and strengthen your confidence. Young people have always been anxious about employment, and the epidemic has aggravated this negative emotion. Affected by the epidemic, many graduates are not satisfied with the jobs they have found. It is recommended to use the correct attribution method, self-motivation method, reasonable catharsis method, goal adjustment method, appropriate relaxation method, etc. to do more positive self-psychological suggestions, maintain positive emotions by consciously reading positive information about the position, and seek guidance and help through remote psychological consultation and other channels when necessary.
