We must guide college graduates to be willing to realize the value of life in key industries. Colleges and universities should proactively connect with all levels and types of graduates’ targeted recommendation and talent introduction projects. In particular, they should strengthen the connection between the supply and demand of talents in key national regions, major projects, and important fields, and provide graduates with more opportunities to serve the national strategy; they should actively guide graduates to integrate their individual "self" into the realization of "national prosperity, national rejuvenation, and people". We must guide college graduates to have the courage to display their wisdom and talents in emerging industries. At present, our country is accelerating the development of new productive forces and building a new industrial system that is compatible with them. The rapid development of strategic emerging industries represented by new energy, new materials, advanced manufacturing, electronic information, etc., while continuing to release development momentum, has also opened up new employment space, released new employment dividends, and provided new employment opportunities for college graduates. Colleges and universities should accurately grasp the current talent needs of emerging industries and achieve an organic linkage between talent training and targeted employment in a market-oriented manner. By strengthening publicity, education and policy interpretation, we will help graduates understand emerging industries and add relevant content on the development status and trends of emerging industries to courses such as career planning and employment guidance. By continuing to carry out employment service activities such as special operations to visit companies for job openings, market research, and enterprise demand mapping, we provide graduates with high-quality internship opportunities and employment positions, and actively guide graduates to achieve precise employment in emerging business fields.

We must guide college graduates to be willing to write chapters of youth in the fertile fields at the grassroots level. Guiding and encouraging college graduates to find jobs at the grassroots level is not only an important measure to stabilize the "basic base" of employment, but also a practical need to accelerate the filling of the talent gap at the grassroots level. Colleges and universities should actively carry out education on national and social conditions, promote the implementation of volunteer services, teaching internships and other projects, provide students with more opportunities to experience at the grassroots level, and use the role models of those around them to plant the seeds in the hearts of more students to devote themselves to the west, take root in agriculture and forestry, and contribute to rural revitalization. Through extensive collection and mining of information on local policy positions, graduates should be encouraged to actively participate in grassroots service projects such as the "Western Plan", "Special Post Plan", "Three Supports and One Support", and "Urban and Rural Community Special Plans". Focusing on the rural revitalization strategy, graduates are guided to focus on local grassroots projects such as social work and judicial assistance.
