When checking the villager's household registration list, Li Liang found that the existing list only had the most basic information such as name, gender, contact information, and address. In order to supplement this part of the information, Li Liang proposed to go door-to-door with the village cadres to get all the information. Some local villagers not only do not speak Mandarin, but do not even speak the local dialect, but speak the ethnic language, which makes it difficult to ascertain specific information. The vast majority of poor households are unwilling to actively communicate the reasons for poverty and the risks of poverty out of self-esteem, and these two pieces of information are very important in poverty alleviation. In order to dispel their concerns, Li Liang was not afraid of being rejected. He took the initiative to help poor households do farm work in the fields and raise fish in ponds. He chatted with them to get closer to each other, gradually established emotional trust, and gradually investigated the situation of each poor household. In order to solve the language problem, Li Liang took the initiative to learn the local ethnic language. After more than 10 home visits over 10 days, he finally formed detailed information on 141 households with 562 people, 66 registered poor households, and 16 overseas marriage families in the village, providing valuable first-hand information for the next step of targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization work.
Original intention: to do a good job in education and people’s livelihood
With his love for education, Li Liang pays special attention to county education. During the investigation of 10 towns and four farms in the county, he noticed that the infrastructure of several schools was in urgent need of repair: the fences were dilapidated and elephants appeared on campus late at night, posing great safety risks. The bathroom roof leaked badly, and moss had grown on the wall that had been soaked in water for a long time. After seeing this, Li Liang came up with a belief: he must help them solve these problems before the temporary job ends. He took advantage of every opportunity to find financial support. When he learned that the China Education Development Foundation had relevant financial support, Li Liang reported to the foundation many times and revised more than 10 versions of project application materials with the County Education and Sports Bureau. Finally, within half a month before ending his temporary post, 1.37 million funds were approved for infrastructure repairs in four primary and secondary schools. This was the work he felt most accomplished and proud of in Mengla.
While stationed in the village, Li Liang turned his care for the next generation into concrete actions. He keenly discovered that children often lack effective learning guidance after w88 casino. He systematically studied the "three determinations" plans of each office, sorted out historical proposals, and deeply understood the background and requirements of each submission. In order to ensure the timeliness of document transfer, he often worked overtime until late at night, carefully considering every detail. In the six months since he took over, he has handled more than 2,200 plain documents outside the county, more than 240 confidential documents and internal information, and written more than 200,000 words of proposed opinions, effectively ensuring the smooth operation of the county-level government affairs system.
During his tenure as deputy director of the Government Office, Li Liang's comprehensive coordination and emergency response capabilities were fully honed.
